Erika Cappiello is a licensed Florida Attorney with a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Miami, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University, and is a Certified Compliance Officer (NCCO). Attorney Erika Cappiello has worked for the past nine years as In-house Counsel for the largest Credit Union based in Miami, Florida. Her previous experience was working at large Miami law firms representing many credit unions, banks, insurance companies and businesses. Erika Cappiello’s legal experience spans across more than 21 years and she has been the Vice President over several Credit Union departments including Collections, Compliance, Legal and Loss Prevention. Attorney Erika Cappiello is a previous board member of her local Credit Union League. She regularly works on special projects in-house and enjoys looking for creative solutions to Credit Union issues by marrying her business, credit union and legal experience. Attorney Erika Cappiello’s collections experience is vast, from Certified Legal Assistant to Attorney both in private practice and in-house for Credit Unions.
Erika is a strong lawyer with a heart for Florida banking citizens.
